The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) regularly organizes Janta Adalat (Public Grievance Redressal Court)/ Pradhikaran Diwas, where citizens can present their complaints and issues directly to the authority’s officials.

• These are typically held on the third Thursday of every month.
• Senior LDA officials, including the Vice Chairman, are present to hear grievances and attempt to resolve them promptly.
• These included issues related to property transfer, free-hold conversion, registry, and illegal constructions.
• Attendance of all concerned officials is mandatory. If any officer is absent without valid reason, salary deductions or disciplinary actions can be taken against them.
• Citizens are advised to carry all necessary documents and proof when attending, to facilitate quick and effective resolution.

“Nagrik Samadhan Diwas”, also known as “Nagrik Suvidha Diwas”, is held on the last Tuesday of every month at the Smart City Office, Lucknow, under the chairmanship of the Divisional Commissioner.

This initiative serves as a dedicated platform for citizens to raise their concerns related to various civic issues. Officials from key departments—including the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), Nagar Nigam, Housing Board, Electricity Department, and Zila Parishad—attend these sessions to listen to public grievances and work towards timely and effective resolution.

The entire event is supervised by a PCS officer from the Smart City team, ensuring organized proceedings and coordinated responses from the departments involved.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) organized a special camp called “Manchitra Samadhan Diwas” to provide quick solutions to issues related to building map approvals and pending No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
