• Photos and camera data: Photographs captured or selected by the user for project documentation, including associated timestamps and location details.
• Technical and security information: Authentication tokens and information necessary to maintain a secure signed-in session and operate the App.

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Camera: To capture photographs of project or assessment sites.
• Location: To record the precise geographic location of a project or site and create geo-tagged records.
• Photos or storage: To select, process, or upload authorized project photographs where supported by the device.
• Notifications: To provide relevant App or account notifications where this feature is enabled.
• Internet access: To sign users in and securely communicate with LDA's servers.

Users may manage permissions through their device settings. Some App features may not function correctly if required permissions are denied.

4. How We Use Information

Information collected through the App is used to:

• Provide and maintain App functionality.
• Create and manage project and carbon-assessment records.

LDA does not sell users' personal information.

Precise location is collected for geo-tagged project and site records. The App does not provide a public, real-time user-location-sharing feature.

No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Certain project, assessment, audit, or government records may need to be retained where required by law, official record-retention rules, security requirements, or legitimate government purposes. Where complete deletion is not permitted, access to the information may be restricted as appropriate.

When submitting a request, users may be asked to verify their identity and authority over the relevant account.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 years and above. It is not directed at children, and LDA does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on infrastructure, mapping, location, hosting, or other technical services needed for its operation. Such providers may process limited information only to provide their respective services and subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
